Recently, points, miles and martinis wrote a post about getting 101 free prints at Shutterfly, with promo code 101PRINTS. This reminded me of the 5,000+ photos sitting on my hard drive, which I have yet to print.

If you’re like me and come home with hundreds of photos after every trip, you’re going to need all the free prints you can get. Below is a list of free photo print coupon codes. Shipping fees do apply, but in most cases its a small charge compared to the cost of printing.

Artscow –1200 free prints for new registrants. Limit 1 per household. The most generous free print offer out there. Last year I decided to start printing some of the 5,000+ photos sitting on my hard drive. This took care of a pretty hefty chunk and while I don’t recall the shipping cost, I ended up paying less than $0.02 per print.

Free Prints App – 1000 free prints per year. The Free Prints app by Nova Development offers users up to 1,000 free prints per year. You are liable for shipping, which costs between $1.99-$9.99, but even at $9.99 you’re paying less than $0.01 per print. This app is free, but currently limited to iPhones.

Dotphoto – 250 free prints. If you are a new dotPhoto member, you will get 250 prints from TrialPay plus the 50 free prints after signing up with Dotphoto.

York Photo – 100 free prints for new customers. Plus, refer a friend, get a $10 credit. Your friends get 60 free prints. Here’s my referral link – please feel free to add your own to the comment section.

Shutterfly – 50 free prints for new members.

Winkflash –50 free prints. Use code 50FREE with first order.

Walmart Photo – 25 Free prints for new members.

ClarkColor – 20 free prints for new members.

I’ve started using the Shutterfly photo books. Since you can manipulate the size of each photo and layout, I can get more on each page and it works out cheaper than printing individual photos and putting them in an album. The photo books take up less room too.

I hear thru the travel bloger grape vine that you want to take a vacation and make a unholy union with the internet brands. i donot know where you were at the time but when news of frugal travel sell out selling out made it to internet we started hearing of different blogers one by one being talked to by the company. They are not stupid. They need to replace the sell out. The only problems was that the internet brands bought not only the site but the idea of there being this frugal travel man who write it. They already tried to get many writers to write as guest on the site as test. No one from group of big travel writers wanted to give up own site and own names to hide behind the personality that the internet brands got. they have been looking for the last year and more and now it is looking like you are the next one they want to squish into that spot. Let me guess……. the internet brands promise you that you keep own site and own name and only write for them pretending to be this frugal travel man while you donot have time to write stuff on your own site and then you only write about topics that they say is ok. I am right no? you will not have own site and own name for long time if you take this agreement. they say what they think will make you say ok and then after they have you write for them then it become more complicated and they no give choice just force to shut own site. do you want to write as frugal travel man? Trust what you feel inside. If you say no watch the company ask more writers and more and more and more
