Big cash back potential through iConsumer

iConsumer’s payout on giftcards.com fits manufacturing spenders perfectly. Here’s the deal: When you make an initial $25 purchase, they give you 500 shares of stock in the website. It is currently trading for 17 cents per share (symbol RWRDP). That’s about $85 if my math is correct.

Update 8/1/19: iConsumer now pays out 1.2% in stock only.

In addition, each referral that spends about $130/earns $1 of non-stock rebate within the first 90 days earns you 250 additional shares of stock. That referral bonus is worth about $42.50 at today’s stock price. But here’s the sweet part for us MS’ers. The payout at giftcards.com is 2% through iConsumer.com.

Effective 8/1, the site is offering all stock as a rebate with no more cash rebate. Make your initial purchase and get your referrals in now!

Here is my referral link: https://www.iconsumer.com/oewqaXh

The payoff could be significant for us if we MS here at least part of the time. And, if you are uncomfortable with that, use the referral link above to join and make a simple $25 purchase for 500 shares of stock.

Remember the website payoff is in addition to your credit card rewards. I’ll be using my BofA Travel Rewards card for an additional 2.625% earnings. Any other cash back card at 2% or above, makes this a stellar opportunity.

If you don’t have at least a 2% cash back card, GO get one.

*With the new all stock rebate coming, the cashback will come from your credit card and the stock will come from the 2% at GiftCards.com.*

Fidelity 2%? Alliant Visa? Discover card? There are lots of cash back choices to make this a free and profitable play. OR maybe even meeting minimum spend on a non-Amex card or Citi Double cash card, where we know gift cards purchases are under scrutiny.

Have fun with this one. I’m already in. Ariana is in from some time ago, with a much lower sign-on and referral bonus. I’m changing my gift card MS to this site to see how it goes. Well, I’ll still do 3X grocery stores with my Navy Federal card and DOSH.

BTW My first transaction and new account 500 shares posted the same day I did my initial $25 purchase. And two referrals also showed up pending on day one.

Hat Tip to Danny the Deal Guru for bringing this increased sign up to my attention.

.17 x 500 shares = $85 on August first they will be selling stock at .18 per share. .18 x 500= $90 if my math is right 😉

How does it give you stock and how do you cash it out?

They have filed with SEC and you transfer to their transfer agent then to your brokerage account. It is not a short term play. The info is in the website

First, since when does Rick write for this blog?

Next, note that the stock doesn’t even trade most days, and when it does, the volume is pretty small.

That’s how start ups begin. Low price, low volume.

Rick has been writing for about a month now. I keep forgetting to list him as the author on his posts, so sometimes you’ll see my name appear for a couple of hours.

Interesting post —- today (August 1) it is only showing 1.2% Stock Back for giftcards.com — wonder if the 2% was for limited time, or only for new people? I will keep monitoring as this does sound interesting.

As of 8/1, (we knew right after I posted that post) they were going to all stock rewards. At 1.2 stock rewards we need to decide is the extra .2 worth the risk of a big upside. I’m gonna keep playing and mix with all cashback sites as well like BeFrugal. I’d hate to miss on the next Ebates as they suggest

It’s a royal pain in the arse to first transfer your iConsumer shares to a brokerage and then another pain to actually get them sold for anything resembling a profit. Stay far away from iConsumer unless you like pain and misery. Finally exited my position with this scam portal. Long term play maybe or maybe they’ll go belly up before you can cash out. It’s always easy to get sucked into a scam, it’s how one gets out that counts. Do you homework on the whole scheme before you leap into the abyss.
