It’s been a while since we’ve seen any offer from the Citi AAdvantage cards over 50,000 miles. As for 100,000 mile mega bonuses? Those are all but dead. That is why this 100,000 mile offer for the Citi AAdvantage Executive World MasterCard has everyone excited. The card has a hefty $10,000 spending requirement within three months, but that can easily be met if you know how to meet large spending requirements.
For a card with a normal sign-up bonus of 30,000 miles, that is not a bad offer. As for the annual fee, this offer does come with a $200 statement credit when you spend $200 within 12 months, cutting the annual fee in half.
Even though this is a targeted offer, you might still get it, as that hasn’t been a hindrance in the past. Considering the 100,000-mile bonus is enough for a roundtrip business class ticket, it is well worth a try. Since American Airlines miles can now be used to book US Airways flights, that opens up even more possibilities.

i’m looking at the citi aa app, and it does say $200 credit, but it doesn’t say what you have to do to get it.
The statement credit will be applied after you meet $200 in spending requirements.

How long would you have to wait to sign up for this 100k offer if you already got the 50k offer from a personal AA citi card a month ago?
If you did got your other card a month ago, you should be fine. Generally, you can’t get more than one Citi card per week. A month is ok.
Got my second card yesterday, interestingly for the first one they only approved a $5k credit line, this one a $22k credit line.
Rick tells me some people are on to their 5th card. Citi has really lowered the bar for this one.

I’ve read somewhere that it is possible to get this particular card every week and the no more than 2 cards every 65 day rule does not apply. Is this true?
You may have read that here. 🙂 I’ve heard of people getting as many as 6 of these cards. I did get my brother approved for two cards about a week apart, though I don’t know how often you can do this before they put a stop to it. I wouldn’t push it past 2-3.
